  • What is your shipping policy?
    U.S. shipping rates start at $9 USD. International shipping rates depend on the weight of the package and destination. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS priority flat rate and International orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Tracking information will be provided via email. Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order after it has shipped on U.S. orders! If there are any delays, we will post a message in our Instagram stories. All orders are packaged with love, care, and fragile stickers, but once your order ships, we are not liable or responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or delays. If you experience any of the above, please contact the post office and file a claim. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible. If you’ve made personal payment arrangements directly through us, your order will not ship until it is paid in full.
  • Is your jewelry real sterling silver and gold?
    Most of our products are electro-plated Gold 24k and Silver 1000 (unless stated otherwise).
  • What is an open box?
    Open boxes are a great way to "build a box" and save on shipping! We offer "build a box" options upon request only, which means we hold your box and continue placing your claims in it until you request to ship it or your box is full. Boxes can be kept open for 30 days and will not ship unless they're full, or until you specifically request to close them. During checkout, you must indicate whether you would like to ship or keep your box open by typing the words "SHIP" or "OPEN" in the comment box. Please note that all claims must still be paid in full within 24 hours from the time they’re posted after each live sale.
  • How do I purchase my Instagram Live Sale claims?
    All claims are posted on our website by 12pm EST the day after each Live Sale. You can purchase your claims by going to our website at crystalblossomgems.com and clicking on "Purchase Claims." From there, you can find and click on your Instagram username to complete checkout. During checkout, you must indicate whether you would like to ship or keep your box open by typing the words "SHIP" or "OPEN" in the comment box. Invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours from the time they’re posted after each live sale. If claims are not purchased by payment deadlines, they will be considered abandoned, and you will not be able to claim again in the future. If you checkout and pay on time, you are automatically entered into our weekly giveaway! Please allow 2-3 days to process and package your order after each live sale. All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after packaging.
